Ordered a pair but changed your mind or the fit isn't quite right? No problem! You can return the product during a 30 day period from delivery date in it's original packaging and condition. Simply fill out the return label found within the package and we will be happy to issue you a refund.

UK RETURNS POLICY

​

- Items must be unused and also in it's original packaging.

- Items if tried on must be indoors and there must not be any outdoor worn signs 

- Initial shipping charges are not refundable 

- Items must be returned within a 30 day period from date of delivery

- Please allow up to 7 business days after we have received your items for the transactional refund process

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

​

Step 1) Fill in the return form found inside the packaging. Indicate a particular reason listed.

​

Step 2) Cut out the return form and attach it firmly with tape outside the parcel.

​

Step 3) Send the parcel back at your local post office.

​

Step 4) Drop us an email at info@heelsdirect.co.uk highlighting 'RETURN' in the subject line with your name, number and order number so we are aware of your incoming return.
